Not every feature on The Taurus is available on every plan. The table below shows exactly which capabilities are included at each tier, so you can determine which plan fits your workflow.
Starter (free)
The Starter plan covers the core compliance workflow required by EU Regulation 2024/900:
- Notice creation -- the full 11-step wizard for creating transparency notices
- Notice publishing -- publish notices and make them publicly accessible
- QR code generation -- download QR codes for each published notice in print-ready formats
- Public notice viewer -- your published notices are available at ttad.eu for anyone to view

Pro Advertiser
Everything in Starter, plus features for team-based compliance:
- Campaigns -- group related notices together and track aggregate spending across an entire campaign
- Chapters -- organize notices by region, department, or any other logical division within your organization
- Team members (limited) -- invite colleagues to your organization and assign them roles (Owner, Editor, Viewer)
- Sponsor templates -- save and reuse sponsor, payer, and data controller details across multiple notices so your team does not re-enter the same information every time
- CSV import -- upload a spreadsheet to create multiple notices in bulk instead of filling out the wizard one by one
- Edit locking -- when one team member is editing a notice, others see a lock indicator preventing conflicting changes
- Revision history -- every change to a notice is recorded, creating an audit trail you can review at any time
Pro Publisher
Everything in Starter, plus features for verifying and managing political advertising:

When you encounter a locked feature
If you try to use a feature that is not included in your current plan, The Taurus shows an upgrade prompt. This prompt explains which plan includes the feature and provides a direct link to your organization's billing page where you can upgrade.
Your data is never blocked or hidden. You can always view existing items -- the restriction applies only to creating new items or performing actions that require the higher-tier feature. This means that if you downgrade, your existing campaigns, chapters, and team settings remain visible in read-only mode.
