Starter -- free, no time limit
The Starter plan is free and available to everyone who signs up. There is no trial period and no credit card required. You can use the Starter plan indefinitely for basic compliance work.
With Starter, you can:
- Create and publish transparency notices using the full 11-step wizard
- Generate QR codes for each published notice
- Access the public notice viewer at ttad.eu
- Manage notices within your personal organization
Starter is ideal for independent candidates, small advocacy groups, or anyone who needs to create a handful of transparency notices without team collaboration features. If your compliance needs are straightforward -- you are the only person creating notices and you do not need to coordinate across a team -- Starter covers everything the regulation requires.
Pro Advertiser
Pro Advertiser is built for political parties, campaign organizations, candidates with staff, and NGOs that need to coordinate compliance across a team.
Everything in Starter is included, plus:
- Campaigns to group related notices and track aggregate spending across multiple ads
- Chapters to segment notices by region, department, or campaign unit
- Team collaboration with the ability to invite members and assign roles
- Sponsor templates so your team can reuse pre-filled sponsor and payer details instead of entering them from scratch each time
- CSV import for creating multiple notices in bulk
- Edit locking to prevent conflicting edits when multiple people work on the same notice
- Revision history for a full audit trail of changes to each notice

Pro Publisher
Pro Publisher is designed for newspapers, broadcasters, and online platforms that accept and publish political advertising. Publishers have specific obligations under EU Regulation 2024/900 to verify that advertisers have created proper transparency notices before publication.
Everything in Starter is included, plus:
- Publisher profile that identifies your organization as a publisher on the platform
- Advertiser management to track which advertisers are placing political ads with you
- Ad booking management to link specific ad bookings to their corresponding transparency notices
- Verification workflow to check and confirm that an advertiser's notice is complete and compliant before you publish their ad

Enterprise Publisher extends Pro Publisher for large media organizations and publishing groups. It includes everything in Pro Publisher, plus:

Choosing the right plan
Start with the free Starter plan if you are unsure. You can upgrade at any time from your organization's billing page, and all your existing data -- notices, campaigns, chapters, and team settings -- carries over when you move to a higher plan. There is no need to start over.
