The Taurus ist eine unabhängige Compliance-Plattform für die Verordnung (EU) 2024/900 — die europäische Verordnung über die Transparenz und das Targeting politischer Werbung. Wir stellen die Infrastruktur bereit, mit der Sponsoren verordnungskonforme Transparenzhinweise erstellen und Herausgeber diese vor der Veröffentlichung prüfen können.

Verordnung als Ausgangspunkt
Jedes Feld, jede Validierungsregel und jeder Rechtsverweis im Assistenten bildet unmittelbar die Anforderungen des Art. 9 PAR und der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2025/1410 ab. Das Produkt wurde ausgehend von der Verordnung entwickelt, nicht umgekehrt.

Überparteilich und unabhängig
The Taurus steht ausnahmslos allen Parteien, Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten, Vereinigungen und politischen Organisationen gleichermaßen offen. Die Plattform ist keiner politischen Richtung verpflichtet. Transparenz und Rechtskonformität in der politischen Werbung sind Voraussetzungen für eine funktionierende Demokratie — unabhängig davon, wer wirbt.

Dauerhaftes öffentliches Register
Jeder veröffentlichte Transparenzhinweis erhält eine dauerhaft abrufbare ttad.eu-Adresse. Hinweise bleiben für den gesamten Veröffentlichungszeitraum zuzüglich mindestens sieben Jahre zugänglich, wie von Art. 12 PAR vorgeschrieben. Das öffentliche Register ist offen, maschinenlesbar und frei zugänglich.
