Under Art. 12(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/900, transparency notices must remain publicly accessible for at least five years after the end of the publication period. This is not an add-on — it is included in every plan, including the free tier. Your notices are stored, served, and maintained for the legally required period at no additional cost.

Any notice in Draft or Published status counts as active. Archived notices do not count against your limit but remain accessible for the full retention period.
If you regularly accept political advertising from third parties — as a newspaper, billboard operator, or agency — the Publisher plan gives you advertiser management, automated data collection, and API access. If you only place your own ads, Pro is sufficient.
Published notices remain publicly accessible on ttad.eu for the legally required 5-year retention period. Your obligation under the regulation is met regardless of your subscription status.
Beyond the 5 free notices, additional single notices are available at EUR 4.90 each with full 5-year retention — no subscription required. This is ideal for one-off referendum campaigns or occasional use.
